I remember watching her prepare these dishes and eating them with my family. Through the many press links we had already and through Rufus, we were able to receive wide press coverage of the book in the run up to Christmas. I love the organised chaos of the place and you always end up chatting with all the people around you — fantastic. Divide between 4 bowls and finish each with a sprinkle of coriander.
